Cr Epov Versus MidCoast Council
Cr. Peter Epov has commenced proceedings in the NSW Supreme Court against the MidCoast Council over an alleged breach of confidentiality by Cr Epov in which he asked the General Manager a Question With Notice in a Council meeting about the Council being awarded, for the second year in a row, a certain award for the ‘Worst HR in Local Government’. The award is given by the Development and Environmental Professionals’ Association (DEPA) each year.
