Dear Di and team,

I have just listened to the local news and can’t believe those half wits at Mid Coast Council want to destroy the peace, tranquility and character of my favourite place left in the area at Wyllie Breckenridge Park by putting a skate park in the middle of it. 

It is not needed, wanted or in any way suitably situated out there. The attraction of the place is it’s natural beauty, serenity, and quiet village atmosphere. 

Why not go the whole hog and put in a MacDonalds’ etc. like all the hundred other unrecognisable stops. 

I only hope the local residents are able to stand up and resist these imbeciles until they are removed from office one way or another.
