DIG GLOUCESTER GARDEN ART EXHIBITION

GLOUCESTER SOILDERS CLUB 

Artists, including floral artists, and handy craft exponents, are
invited to exhibit their products, demonstrate their skills, showcase their creations and sell their wares at this exhibition.

Sat 13 – Sun 14 October 2018

The exhibition will be in the auditorium of the Gloucester Soldiers Club 32 Denison Street Gloucester. 

Exhibitors need to complete an event registration form. (Form attached) and email the form to rstebbet@bigpond.com or post to PO Box 336 Gloucester 2422. (email is preferred)

Exhibitor fee: There is no fee for exhibitors. Exhibitors are required to only exhibit or sell quality goods that are garden related or have a garden type theme.

Exhibitor fee (hanging art) there is no hanging fee. A commission of 10% of the value of the sale of hanging art is payable to The Gloucester Art Society at the end of the Exhibition on Saturday and Sunday.

Set up time for the event is 12.00 Noon Friday 12 October. The venue will be open to exhibitors from at 8.00am. on Saturday and open to the public at 9.30am and close at 4.00pm on Saturday.

The event will open at 10.00am on Sunday and close at 3.00pm. Exhibitors will vacate the venue by 4.30pm on Sunday.

Sold hanging art can be collected at 3.00pm Sunday. Unsold art works are to remain on display until 3.00pm Sunday. 

The Gloucester Art Society are the coordinators of this event.

This event is an initiative of Destination Gloucester Inc. the Gloucester Garden Club Inc. and The Gloucester Art Society.
